Our company’s legacy began in 1956 when Peggy’s father, a skilled repairman, opened the business after purchasing the department where he had worked. His passion for service and quality still guides the family-run business today.

Well here is my honest opinion and harsh when I give one. It’s an old building with an old time feel. People that treat you like family till you’re not this mean you did them wrong. I have done more business with this company/ family in 31 year then any other retailer including McDonald’s. I do not eat out much. So there you go. When you walk up the door may or may not be unlock there human and forget sometime to unlock the door cause they talk. There will be a person that ask you if you need help or and greeting you if their not busy already talk but as soon as they are freed up someone will speak to you. The staff is knowledgeable in all instruments they sale. Also know what they school in the area like and or will start and at what age. Willing to work with kids and help find a good avenue for them to explore there musical taste and or talent in. Peggy the owner has grown with the store and building and well she is kinda legendary in that fact as it is. Staff there is nice and friendly each have a little bit of there own field but all able to help with the basic so if you need better answer feel free to ask for a person that know that area better I find they tend to hang closer to the instruments, they know more. Love this group for getting my interest start and helping my kids find theirs
